Session Description
This session covers the exciting world of Google Chrome. During this sessions topics that will be covered are: Chrome Shortcuts(navigation), settings and options, syncing between different computers using Chrome Sync, extensions that will make the user experince better and looking at the many Chrome extensions and Apps that you can use in your classroom to enhance content and the learning experience in your classroom
Goal during the session would be that when completed that users would be comfortable using the Chrome browser, be able to modify basic user settings, be able to sync content (apps and other info) between different machines but mostly be able to use some of the better chrome apps and extensions to enhance the classroom experience and integrate GAFE into their browser experience.
Some of the questions addressed: How to download Chrome, either set is a default browser or not, how to login, installing apps and extensions (and the difference between an app and an extension)  and which apps are good for education.
